I wish you would accept patients for cochlear implant mapping that didn't have surgery done here. I was told a couple of years ago by this place that they accept people 18 years and older. My daughter is 18 and I tried to arrange an appointment and was told that since she didn't have the surgery at this place we wouldn't be able to receive mapping. It has been a struggle trying to find a place to accept since moving to the area in 2018. My daughter and I have to drive 3 hours for cochlear implant mapping.

Both my husband and myself are patients at the Asheville office. Dr Ted Rheney performed a very thorough examine and was very informative with all our questions. We also received excellent care from hearing aid department. But the most impressive care came from Kristin in the billing department. From returning every call, explaining each billing statement, to her genuine kindness and professionalism; we can't say enough!!! A truly great experience.

Excellent service, great staff. They perform the hearing test and develop a number of recommendations depending upon your insurance coverage and how much you want to pay. Free follow up cleaning and adjustment of your hearing aids ensures they're up to date and working properly. This my second pair with them and when it's time my next pair will be from here also.
