Both my husband and myself are patients at the Asheville office. Dr Ted Rheney performed a very thorough examine and was very informative with all our questions. We also received excellent care from hearing aid department. But the most impressive care came from Kristin in the billing department. From returning every call, explaining each billing statement, to her genuine kindness and professionalism; we can't say enough!!! A truly great experience.
Excellent service, great staff. They perform the hearing test and develop a number of recommendations depending upon your insurance coverage and how much you want to pay. Free follow up cleaning and adjustment of your hearing aids ensures they're up to date and working properly. This my second pair with them and when it's time my next pair will be from here also.
