I had the worst experience ever with this agency. I requested a plate and registration transfer for a customer, and Geneva issued it for only 2 months. When I asked why, she said I needed to pay more for a 1-year renewal, but at no point did I ever request the cheapest option. I own a dealership in Florida and trusted them with this service, believing I was dealing with a serious registration agency. This place is a joke! The lady with long braided hair is so un pleasant rude and hateful. Prob is the office uses such an old system they can’t update data fast enough and keep trying to screw people over 55.00 fees when you trade a car in and transfer tags. They can charge you quick but their system is so slow that you really don’t own them jack. That lady is a straight up rude piece of work. I hope she reads this because she should see it. And I’m not the only one in Asheville that feels this way about her.
