Having a recent experience at the NC tag agency on Smoky Park Highway, I cannot describe enough how much of a pleasant experience I had while dealing with Joyce. I have been to the tag agency in Hendersonville and the one in Spindale, let’s just say it was more than obvious that the people I dealt with there did not seem to enjoy thier customer facing positions, truly they did not seem to like their job at all. We recently moved to the area and had to switch over our license and plates. We had the opportunity to work with Kathy N and she was AMAZING!!!!!! She was so efficient and knowledgeable. She helped us get everything set up and gave us the information on how we could get other things taken care of timely. Thank you so much Kathy for making this painless and quick.
Some of the employees are highly informed and great help, a few others are rude and lack the knowledge to even be helpful. Mjust talk AT the customers instead of talking to them.
