Warning: Do not rent from this company. I have rented homes across multiple states and have never experienced a process this unnecessarily difficult or unprofessional. It was genuinely easier to obtain a mortgage pre-approval than to sign a lease with this company. Their entire system relies on third-party verification platforms, requiring excessive documentation just to move forward. Despite providing a full year of pay stubs, that was deemed insufficient. They are professional, personable, and always help us not only take care of our homes we rent, but the wonderful tenants who rent them!
