I've been renting an apartment through Asheville City Real Estate for over 3.5 years since moving to Asheville. I've continued to be pleased with my experience living in one of their properties and their quality customer service. All communication has gone smoothly and promptly answered, and any service requests I've made were attended to appropriately. Best experience renting I've ever had!
I've been living at the same location since 2019. A few years ago Asheville City Real Estate purchased the property. Being a tenant it was very nerve racking as to what was going to happen with the rent since Asheville is going sky high with the rental prices. The rent did go up and it was a reasonable amount. This was the biggest and best thing that could happen with a new landlord - a fairly priced rent and good people. They have been very kind and easy to talk to as well as work with.
