It was genuinely easier to obtain a mortgage pre-approval than to sign a lease with this company. We love love love Asheville City Real Estate!! They have been incredible business partners with us over the past decade. They are professional, personable, and always help us not only take care of our homes we rent, but the wonderful tenants who rent them! I have rented with Asheville city real estate for a year now and just signed another lease with them. Kyle and Sarah have been great and incredibly communicative. Would definitely recommend renting from them!
Seems like ACRE is more owner than renter-friendly and would like to see stronger interpersonal skills with renters
