I was running late due to traffic I was told there was a 10 minute late policy I arrived before then, but was waiting behind a gentleman who was checking out & the lady at the desk saw me there on time waiting, but would not check us in! Even though i was there she told me to reschedule & come back another time! My child missed school for nothing & it’s going to be unexcused, thanks!
