absolutely terrible standard of care. refusal to treat or diagnose ongoing heart problems, and refusal to release records to another facility for a 2nd opinion, despite filling out the appropriate paperwork over a week ago it was "lost in the system". heinous.
RecommendedDr. William Abernethy is my partner in my cardiac healthcare, a great listener and willing to hear me on my sometimes alternative approaches to my health. He deserves the respect of having his name spelled correctly on his business card and his name pronounced correctly by staff. ACA has failed in both. Otherwise I am receiving top notch care!!!
Dr James Usedom has been our cardiologist since we moved to WNC. He saved my husband’s life detecting the need for urgent quadruple bypass. Dr Rhyner takes care of my SVT snd performed ablation. Great offices and caring staff.
My DR referred me to Asheville Cardiology for a cardiogram on 10/29/20 . They never contacted me. I called 4 times and was put on an extremely long hold and never talked with anyone. I have read about the deteriorating service and I now have first hand experience. Iwill be alerting the Citizen Times and posting my experience on the internet. My rating is 0 Mark Feingold
absolutely wonderful care! extremely stressful having to take your newborn in but they were all so great! we are extremely thankful for everything they did for us!
My mother had a hemorrhagic stroke and is still very confused and is unsafe to leave alone. I told them this when they made the appointment, they promised they'd talk to the staff. I arrive for the appointment and they then inform me that they'll "ask" if I can go back. The answer is then "No, no one is allowed to go back". Nurses and Doctor were wonderful! The receptionist working in Asheville building 5 second floor on the other hand should be fired. Very rude! Doesn't know how to make a proper phone call, return phone calls, then treaded us like we were less than once we arrived! Only because of her horrible job that she did. Had a lot on our plate considering we were there for my 7 week old baby. Definitely don't have time to take no lip and sass from someone who doesn't do the job well!
The doctors are wonderful but the staff is awful.
