Walked in to browse, and start looking for a new mountain bike. The staff is extremely friendly, no matter what your budget is. They do not play games and make you feel inferior (like many other shops in this area). I ended up buying a new bike, and they would not let me leave until they were sure everything was perfect. It doesn't matter if you are looking to drop thousands, or just look around, these guys will treat you like a friend!

I ride a "tadpole"--a trike not a bike. [It's drivetrain is basically MTB but with a veeery long chain.] I asked Jake Seman in their service department if he could help me by servicing and repairing my ICE Adventure trike as needed. His friendly "Sure" has been a lifesaver on more than one occasion. He even gave me "asSUREance" when I contacted him from two states away with a problem that developed while I was on a multi-day ride.
