I am very happy with the service I received from Asheville Air. Michael was very knowledgeable, friendly, honest. He went through our mini split system to find and repair a small refrigerant leak, which included uncovering a hornets nest and getting stung twice. I felt so bad, I mean really bad. They didn't deter him and he got our system running like new. I wish I could have given him a courtesy tip. Last night my AC stopped working and early this morning I started calling to find a service person to come out. Well as you would have it, I had Jon the service manager come on out and he quickly diagnoses-ed my problem and had it fixed in about 20 minutes and then he did a quick overall service check. Now my AC runs great. I would highly recommend that you give them a call for all you AC needs. Thanks Jon
These guys saved me $12,000! Was told by competing company in Haywood County that I needed a new system inside and out and would cost over 15 K. Decided to get a second quote and David from Asheville Air said he could repair for thousands less and my system had many years left. John and his crew from Asheville Air came out promptly and got us up and running in no time. Entire staff was prompt , courteous and most importantly honest. Would highly recommend!!
Great company all around and great service. Everyone is very knowledgeable and the prices are very fair. All of my experiences with them have been much better than competitors that I've used in the past (and will not use again). Matthew came out and did a duct cleaning and tune up for us.
