Ups and downs. Pretty clinic. Everyone seems nice. I went in for my routine exam with a cleaning. They told me the price expectations for repairing a couple of old fillings. That work was done then I got the cleaning done. The cleaning was very rough with lots of pulling on my teeth. I noticed there was lots of tugging on teeth that had had fillings done in the past. I’m an established patient who had a dental emergency. I was basically turned away untreated and not seen by a dentist after having an appointment. I was told there is nothing we can do. I got another same day appointment from another dental office who addressed my immediate emergency and established a forth going treatment plan. I have never felt so dismissed and lost thinking “what do I do now”?? In the end they lost a patient, but another phenomenal dental practice (Asheville Dental) gained a new client.
