I’ve been going to Ren since 2022 and I truly cannot recommend her enough. When I first started seeing her, my hair was severely damaged from a chemical cut, and she completely transformed it back into healthy, strong hair. I wear three rows of extensions, and thanks to the way she installs them and genuinely cares for the health of my hair, I’m finally at a point where I’ll be able to take them out soon. I am really disappointed with my experience today. I booked with Ren. She spent less than 30 minutes with me. Didn't even show me the back of my hair. Doesn't even resemble a good hair day. I was really looking forward to this and was really let down.

coming back to update. it’s been almost 3 months since Ren ruined my hair. I literally have a mullet. my hair is almost waist length and I have short choppy layers all around my face. if I don’t pull any from the back it looks like my hair is multiple different lengths. I went back to ashes and steel hoping to get a refund and answers and only got gaslit and told my hair looked fine.
