RUN! Pay attention to the low reviews! While my stylist did a good job on my hair, the front desk manager and the owners are a problem—especially if you have a legitimate issue with areas of poor service. Don’t let the pretty interior fool you. The stylist stations are mostly empty. There are much better salons in the area who are actually inclusive, are kind, and very glad to have your business. We shouldn’t have to pay exorbitant rates for an average hair style and gaslighting from the desk staff. RUN!
This salon makes me feel like I'm in New York City! From a great red headed color treatment, cut and blowout from Chloe to the delightful cappuccino she served me, this place is top notch. It's a lovely gem in downtown!
Simply amazing!! I had an equestrian event in Asheville and saw this salon online. Top notch all the way!! Alejandro and Mackenzie styled my hair like never before in record time. Felt like I was in a NY top salon. Will be back!! Thank you all for not just a hair style but an experience!!
I had Mackenzie as my hairstylist, and she was phenomenal. She truly exceeded my expectations! I came in with a bit of a horror story from a previous hairdresser—a haircut I wasn’t happy with and a money piece I never wanted. I had a disconnected, thick face frame with layers that didn’t blend into it, which ended up making the front look almost like a bob.
