RecommendedI appreciated the quick attention to the maintenance needed on my AC unit on this first hot day of the year. I also appreciated the fact that the gentleman who repaired the outdoor unit and who needed to come in for a couple of minutes to check the indoor unit wore a face mask (as did I).
I have lived here for 6 years and like it. The grounds are so well kept and maintenance is very prompt. The staff is attentive to my needs especially Joanie and Jenny. Paul and Mark are friendly and always take care of any maintenance issues quickly I am comfortable and very pleased to be in this community 5 stars
There was a lovely lady named Jenni Wait White at Asherton apartment complex in Dublin OH where my Mom lived the last 3 years of her life. She doted on Barb, addressed her....ahem...issues with a smile. The whole staff was great but Jenni went the proverbial extra mile. Jenni would come over and weed my Mom's flower bed for her, checked on her often and always made time for her for a chat. Great lady. Worst manager "Joanie Mclain " perhaps the rudest person I've come across in my life. Don't sign the lease without taking full tour of your unit you are actually getting. They will engage you in conversations while you are signing the papers so you ignore important facts....and once papers are signed you are a dead man.
Aricka and everyone at Asherton were great help during my move in. Given the short notice, they worked double time to get me settled in. Really appreciate all the efforts put in by everyone. Highly recommend this apartment complex to everyone. And the place is just beautiful!! Loving it here. 😊
We love their service. This morning we had an issue where our car garage key got stuck inside the lock cut in half. When we contacted the rental office, within no time, the issue was resolved and a new key was delivered at our door step!! This would have easily taken a whole day in the place we come from but really appreciate the swift action by the asherton team in getting the issue resolved! The thing we liked was the attitude in getting something fixed despite the weather conditions - total customer focus!! thanks
