I have been seeing Dr. Qureshi for a few months now. I have been an insomniac most of my life and have taken a myriad of medications, supplements and attended therapy. Nobody ever seemed to have an answer for me until now. After many years, I found out I have sleep apnea along with my insomnia. My insomnia was able to be treated with medication and I have gone from 3-4 hours of sleep each night to 7-8 hours. When I obtain my CPAP machine I can imagine it will improve even more.
