I'm sharing my experience applying at Asher Apartments. They have great specials and the staff is professional and kind. Unfortunately if you don't have all your eggs in one basket, it clearly states you must not have a past debt within 2.5 years, I had one 2.8 years and months. I make way above the income needed to qualify. They won't try to find a solution to assist you, so it's not second chance leasing. Lived here for two years and my time is finally coming to an end.. as any other apartment complex it has it ups and downs but overall It was a decent time! But I do want to give a big S/O to the owner Cindy for always being a good manager and being understanding and just a good person all around!
Worest place to live it's a zoo, office staff is rude never fix nothing give u the apt how ever the other person gives it to you, never fix things 100% the pool this alway close or full of people that don't live there the washing machine none work the mail area and the complex it self is alway dirty.they office staff is horriable and never help when u need them don't live here
The dog park is messed up nobody has come to fix the fence and they could really put a park for the kids. And they take forever to fix AC issues that leads to mold. I had to go to the hospital for pneumonia due to the inability for them to fix the AC issues that was causing a lot of mold
