Honestly terrible! I’ve lived here for 1 year and barely seen this pool clean on hot summer days about…if it’s not loaded with unknown visitors it’s not maintained ! I’ve seen the maintenance clean the pool more in the winter then the scorching summer days to please there tenants….. the “modern units” are all patched up with lazy repairs and the AC works horrible during hot days. Great place to live! The office staff is very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. If you're looking for someone to assist you, ask for Naomi—she's an absolute sweetheart! She made my move-in process easy and stress-free, and I truly appreciate all of her help. Highly recommend!
Gabriela is really good at communicating and helping you come to a resolution to your problem. She’s in the front office and I’ve never had an issue with her not understanding my problem or issue with her or Cindy (manager) fixing my problems I’ve been a here for 3 years now.
Gabriela is such a sweet person and very knowledgeable of her position and was very helpful in assisting me with the application process!
A Here is my feedback: I am very disappointed with the management of this complex. I have lived here for over five years and have never missed a payment; I am always punctual and never damage the property. Yet, you leave a stupid warning notice telling me to remove my broom and dustpan from outside my door because it’s a violation. You have no shame—you focus on such trivial things when there is so much you actually need to do for the tenants.
