Esther is an amazing therapist. I have been seeing her for a year and within that year, I’ve learned more about myself and my trauma than I have with 3 previous therapists. I have been on anti-depressants for a few years and have been able to come off of them (with the guidance of my psychiatrist) because I feel like the repressed trauma that was largely causing the constant depression has been worked through.
