The maintenance service is awful. Absolute worst I have ever experienced. I have turned in a service request on multiple occasions only to have it annotated as completed when the work was never completed and no one even showed up to the apartment. This has happened on so many requests now, it’s a joke.

I am writing this not happy at all. This apartment is great in all sense. However, paying over $1000 to live here 3 days a week shouldn't be a problem except there is something always going on. After a long week of work and flying in late, I come home and my door is not working. My keypad is not working. the app is not working and THERE IS NO FREAKING emergency number anywhere. this is getting old yall

If you are looking for an apartment in the Grapevine area, look no further. The Asher is definitely the place to be! The complex is new, modern and stunning. The pool area looks like it should be in a magazine. From the time I viewed this apartment, I knew I wanted to live here. Not only because how amazing the amenities are, but also the staff. I love The Asher apartments! It is a beautifully designed complex with an amazing pool/lounge area, an awesome gym and is surrounded by plenty of restaurants and entertainment! You definitely need to make this your next place to call home. Make sure you ask for Aryn Wood when you visit The Asher. Aryn is super friendly, knows the place inside and out, and has made living here a wonderful experience!
We moved in almost a month ago and my goodness. What a time it's been. My wife and I love our apartment, the gym, and the people here are nice. Aryn Woods helped get us set up and walked us through the entire process from beginning to even now when I have questions. She's great, would highly recommend asking for her to help you!
The staff here rocks! Leslie showed us around, was very sweet and answered all our questions. We instantly fell in love, place is beautiful and brand new. Thanks y'all ❤
