Staff is friendly and helpful. They worked with me to navigate the process. Update: after the recent turnover, the experience has improved greatly.
They are wonderful here, and swift. Special shout out to Karen Barnes, who assisted me since the end of 2022, and explained everything in a way that was understandable and doable for me with my disability and service dog. I'm absolutely terrified that the current Gov't funding cuts will mean I and many others will lose our only shelters, and that many wonderful workers here could lose their jobs. My mother has been a long-term tenant, and they are terminating her because she inadvertently failed to report child support as income. They’ve even tried to terminate her when someone she didn’t even know, used her address. They will find anything possible to terminate you. If you are looking for a place that disregards people's financial circumstances, consider this one. They are heartless. I would give this place 0 stars if I could.
