Quick oil change and inspection with no appointmentÂ
Firstly, they tried to over charge us. After giving us an adjusted quote it took them 2 weeks to complete a 4 hour job. Everytime we called to check on the progress we got a diffrent story or the service advisor would just flat out say they didnt know. The timeline changed everyday, and they would never call us back. I was very disappointed.Â
I was not particularly happy with the service I was getting until Dria stepped in. I have to say that she listened to the concerns I had for the service I was getting on my vehicle and she addressed every concern. She went above and beyond to take care of this customer, which extends great credit upon The Asheboro Ford service department.Â
