Quick oil change and inspection with no appointment
Firstly, they tried to over charge us. After giving us an adjusted quote it took them 2 weeks to complete a 4 hour job. Everytime we called to check on the progress we got a diffrent story or the service advisor would just flat out say they didnt know. The timeline changed everyday, and they would never call us back. I was very disappointed.
I was not particularly happy with the service I was getting until Dria stepped in. I have to say that she listened to the concerns I had for the service I was getting on my vehicle and she addressed every concern. She went above and beyond to take care of this customer, which extends great credit upon The Asheboro Ford service department.
Went in for a oil change. Got back home and oil was everywhere. They towed it back to the shop just to confirm the mechanic made a mess and never cleaned it up. ( At least thats what I was told, also still dont understand how you make that big of a mess and never clean it up) General manager decided to take it upon herself and drive my vehicle back to my home without telling me. Should of been advised or put on a rollback. This whole process was unacceptable.
