I had a really frustrating experience at this office and feel like I should warn others. I went in for what was advertised as a free consultation, but at no point did anyone clearly explain when the consultation ended or that I was being moved into a paid exam. There was zero transparency—no heads-up, no consent, nothing. Dr. Dunbar is not your typical doctor / chiropractor. You are not treated like a number or just another patient with him, you are a person. He is a doctor who takes the time to listen to his patients, and their overall health and well-being is his #1 priority. For a few years, I had severe sinus pain. Dr. Dunbar explained the importance of upper cervical care to me in a way I understood and it has helped me in many ways. I'm just starting treatment and have seen the benefits of it. Definitely recommend.
