We had some hardwood floor damage that was done when moving an extremely heavy armoire. Jaime, the owner took great responsibility in having the floors fixed for us! He is extremely kind and I highly recommend.
We hired Ashe Van Lines to move an extremely heavy armoire to my nursery in March. Two movers damaged our hardwood floor steps. They have refused to do anything to fix the problem. It’s now June and they are ignoring my phone calls and not calling me back period. I was told today on the phone by Kendall I could not speak to the owner. I would NEVER hire this company again. Unprofessional and irresponsible!!!!

I was so impressed with my moving experience with Ashe Van Lines. Chanel was amazing working with my crazy schedule and changes. I found out the day of the walk-through I would be moving three weeks earlier than planned. Jamie gave me different options and alleviated stress by helping me prioritize and organize. Everyone was professional and respectful. They were diligent and careful and packing and unloading my moving experience went beyond my expectations. Ash Van Lines are the epitome of caring and professional movers.
