Had a great first experience here . Staff was kind and informative about products and deals and made sure to inform us of 1st time deal also that I could save my 1st time discount if another deal caught my eye. My gf ordered online before we arrived and we really like that we were able to pay cash on arrival and pick up was separate from regular checkout that was nice . All around good atmosphere and very much pleased with my purchase and visit definitely coming back ty .
This place has really gone downhill. They sell low quality products and provide 0 customer service if any products don't function as intended. They don't correctly charge taxes to medical patients and when questioned, they won't refund what they weren't supposed to charge. This was a minute after walking out of the store, checking the receipt, and walking back in. Isn't this place supposed to be medically licensed? We used to really enjoy this shop but lately there have been a bunch of weird little mistakes and when you bring them up to get corrected you either get brushed off or given begrudging responses. If they overcharge you they will not refund you, just give you store credit so you have to come back. The manager you have to talk to is impolite and really unpleasant. This is shite for a medically licensed shop.
