JUST DON'T DO IT!! was told one thing and they did the opposite. I am NOT happy. save your time and money. I ended up telling them to keep the money and walking out at the end of it because it will be worth it even if I can stop one person from getting horrible service from this place. BEWARE!
Sent my wedding ring out for repair and 4 weeks later it came back without being repaired! They sent it out again for another 4 weeks. Customer service apologized but nothing else was done, not even a rush on the repair was offered.
