Awful experience at Strongsville location! My fiancé bought my ring from a different location due to the fact we can take it anywhere to get cleaned and fixed if needed. I brought my ring into there to get resized, the stone became loose 3 weeks into having the ring, originally when I got the ring I noticed a knick in the band and the setting prongs were not lined up. I will never go anywhere else to make an actual purchase for jewelry outside of the strongsville location of Ashcroft & Oak! Kim has always taken care of me and will forever keep my business! Nice meeting Milly also! It is now 6-4-2026 and I have come back to get more work done on my jewelry and I have to say Milly had my jewelry looking brand new!
