I called in a non-working furnace on Wednesday 2/28 to my home warranty. Called Ashcraft the next day. Told that the woman who knew how to pull warranty requests was out for the day. RED FLAG #1. There only one person who knows how to do that? Technician came over. He immediately told me that home warranty was always a problem and rarely said yes. RED FLAG #2.
