A month ago I drove all the way to Jacksonville for a scheduled appointment with Ashchi. I waited 40 minutes in the waiting room before being called into the appointment. Once there the other doctor came in and told me 1) Ashchi wasn’t there 2) I should really see him since he didn’t know anything about the thing I was there for. Apparently Ashchi had a medical emergency that they only learned about earlier that morning. I love the office and staff. They are so helpful. Kelli is just a phone call away and always helpful. No matter what state we are in
So helpful the staff is, especially Kelly, she was able to help reschedule a procedure so quickly when it had to be changed due to unforeseen events. Would highly recommend.
