I have been taking my car to be serviced monthly by Ashby's Auto for about 10 months now. Their staff is extremely welcoming and professional every time! They are accommodating and quick with their services. I highly recommend that everyone to go to this place! It's worth the drive if you're not close to them!
So I have been working with Hope and the crew at Ashby's every month for a little over 2 years. Unfortunately it was due to a DUI. Thankfully i picked the right place to go. They have always been professional, non judgemental, timely, and courteous. Any issues I had they always did their best to help me through it and work with me in every way possible. As I shared with friends yesterday, I needed an inspection to renew my tags. Unlike a lot of other places in town, Andrew & Co. at Ashby's didn't fail me and rattle off 45 things that I "needed to repair today, after a good deal to help." They inspected it, passed it and pointed out some things that I ought to cognizant of. Nothing underhanded, but how customers should be treated; fairly & honestly. Hope is a very responsible owner with a great heart! You don’t have to worry about spiking prices or anything. Also, some of the best maintenance I’ve had on my car! Certainly better than other sketchy mechanics.
Awesome customer service. Very personable and willing to help. I love that it feels small town, family owned... not sure if that's the case, but they have a great crew! I drive 45 minutes out of my way to go here rather than another shop.
