Very cute place! we had a small issue with our lock first day and Mrs. Erin at the office took care of it immediately and also walked me through how to submit requests and all that jazz! The office ladies are very sweet and helpful. Moving in was very easy and there aren’t random little fees every month, so far we are very happy and would recommend
Office staff is amazing. Just moved in and locked myself out close to end of business, but they shot right over to let me in. Erin was professional, courteous, and prompt throughout the leasing process.
Ashby apartment is a good place to be. It is closer to shops, grocery stores, dining resto, banks, close to my work etc. it has a good neighborhood as well. The rooms are spacious and surroundings are kept well. Will definitely stay here!
READ BEFORE YOU RENT!!!! I was a resident of Ashby apartments for six years before leaving recently. The rent has gone up every year(which is expected) and nothing has been down to the property. You have no amenities or extra activities like the surrounding apartments. The rent is about $1200 for just a room. Over the last six years we’ve have gone through 5-6 office managers and 6-8 maintenance men. The complex can’t keep anyone.
