I have lived at Ashbury Square for 13 years and never missed a payment always on time paying my rent. Unfortunately I got sick and had to ask for Orange County for rent paying assistance. Nate Bourne, the Regional Manager on November 1st refused to sign the paperwork from Orange County helping me pay my rent. Things happen in life that brings circumstances. Why? Why?
