Friendly neighbors, scheduled activities, close shopping and schools, all while living secluded. Ashbury is truly unique. Its setup is more like a neighborhood than a trailer park. I have always loved our beautiful trees that are within and surrounding the park. It's a little pocket of the country just outside of town. The community is peaceful, quiet, and clean. Our new managers Dawn and Nicole are very friendly and always willing to listen to us. They are doing a fantastic job of continuing to make Ashbury Ridge a wonderful place to live.
Ashbury Ridge is a charming community that offers a blend of natural beauty near modern conveniences. Surrounded by woods and wildlife the park features a beautiful fishing lake and a nice playground. The park is well maintained and has a very friendly family like atmosphere.
We have lived in Ashbury Ridge for 7 years,. Property is well maintained, very nice neighborhood, very friendly neighbors, very quiet atmosphere set back from State Road 144. Approximately 10 to 15 mins to shopping and eating establishments. Fishing Lake (well stocked) for residences and family use. Walking trails by the lake. Playground and Basketball goal for residence use. Clubhouse for rent and activities. Management friendly and helpful. I would recommend this Manufactured Home Community to anyone.
