As I am writing this, I am a tenant in a basement suit. The overall environment is good. The manager is a very kind gentlemen (Steven) who tries to solve the issues and problem as fast as he can. The apartments are all clean as you rent them. If there are any maintenance issues the manager does his best to fix it. I lived here a while back when they were freshly renovated. Generally speaking the apartments were great and I never had an issue with loud neighbours, however, in winter there was consistent issues with building's alarms freezing (and going off in the middle of the night), along with minimal snow removal. When I lived here, it was not uncommon to have to dig your vehicle from a foot and a half on snow, and trek your own way through the parking lot.
