I am very appreciative of the work that Luke and Sam did for me on assessing and fixing the non-ignition of my Rinnai instantaneous hot water system. They identified quickly the cause of the non-ignition was due to low water pressure due to the rusting of my old galvanised pipes. They replaced the old pipes with new copper ones, took away the old pipes when the job was done. Now my water flows beautifully, and my hot water system fires up as per normal. The water supplier had requested a prompt repair. I'm glad you had a small apprentice who could get under our weatherboard home. It must have been a dirty job. Special thanks to him!
