Noel and Sam are amazing and patient. They seem to know precisely what to look for the moment they arrive at the location. They are also sensitive, and as clean as can be under difficult circumstances. They helped look after my elderly parents for years, and Sam was patient enough to listen to my Mum's worried queries (since my Mum didn't believe what I told her). Thanks guys.
