If I could give zero stars I would, made an appointment 3 weeks ago then get a notification at the start of this week saying the ‘doctor’ had to cancel the appointment giving me only a weeks notice in advance. Lost a potential new client with this. Never had this issue with other health professionals in the area, they’ve always honoured the appointment.

Reception staff excellent, Specialist had poor bedside manner, patronising and inefficient. Failed to make follow up phone call as she had promised and a complete waste of money. Having to seek a second opinion. Save yourself some time and money and go somewhere else.
