1) Older gentleman/shop keeper was VERY rude when we tried to explain our requests to him. 2) Older gentleman/shop keeper is very shaky and can no longer hand engrave. He has ruined some of my most beloved and irreplaceable belongings. 3) Older gentleman/shop keeper placed my one of my belongings in to clamps to engrave with a machine and dented/bent it. 3 strikes but most notably, he was so very rude to my wife and me.
