This is the by far the worst management I have come across in my home ownership. I kept on writing to them about a big tree that is in front of my house to get it pruned/crowned and cleaned but management does not bother. After writing about my concern for about 9 months, with 4 complaints registered on their website, management finally responds only to say that they plan to address it later during the spring. The manager literally said they can get it done "sometime" in the spring but no specific date /schedule or assurance... read more
If I could give zero stars I would. A bunch of lazy, incompetent, self important jerks.
I was denied my last paycheck by these people after racial tension with Ron caused me to quit. I've had to file a claim with the Department of Labor and Industry. The association board needs to look into management. Very volatile atmosphere!
