This place has really gone down hill since I first started coming here. Scheduling is a mess. The admin makes an appointment and then cancels a few days later with an excuse that the appointment wasn’t actually available but the system hadn’t caught up yet. I’ve been rescheduled 3 times over the last two months. Having one conflict is understandable but 3 times! I don’t know what is going on in the doctor’s personal life but maybe she needs a sabbatical. Maybe she just doesn’t care.
