Key positive u0date. Had a prescription that my wife's doctor sent to the Walgreens we used to use. I let it ride figuring a drug is a drug. NOT only did they not have the product in stock they gave me a co-pay $50 dollars higher than Walgreens. I called my insurance company and they confirmed (as co-pay is a percentage of claimed costs) that Walgreens was over DOUBLE Ashburn pharmacy. Outstanding service! I recently started a hard-to-find medication, and I was amazed by how quickly Ashburn Pharmacy filled it. Before I even walked out of my doctor’s office, I got the text saying it was ready for pickup. Even my doctor was impressed by how fast they had it ready! On top of that, they’re a family-owned business, and I absolutely love supporting local, family-owned businesses whenever I can. That kind of efficiency, personal service, and care is hard to find these days. Highly recommend!
I don’t usually leave reviews, but Ashburn Pharmacy (next to Aldi) has been exceptional. They’re reliable, the staff is genuinely kind, and they always make you feel like you’re more than just another customer. What really stood out to me was the consultation. They took the time to answer my questions, explain everything clearly, and made sure I was taken care of before I left. That level of personal service is hard to find these days. I’d like to thank Ashburn pharmacy for their prompt response and for meeting my husband on a holiday Sunday at 11:30pm to pick up medication! We used their 24/7 after hour services and it was an extremely smooth process. They provided excellent service, I will definitely be using them more in the future!
