I have never ever liked going to the dentist but, this group made the experience so easy that I am looking forward to my next visit. Everyone was professional, empathetic, encouraging, and honest. My whole experience was wonderful. I was seen on an emergency and was treated like family. Dr. explained every option and each procedure. I would recommend them to everyone!
Dr Scilley is wonderful. Kathleen the hygenist is excellent. The office staff is horrible so unfortunately I will not be returning. They 'lose' your appointments, they don't understand insurance requirements, they can't keep family member treatments straight, they are the most disorganized front office I have ever encountered. It's really unfortunate that 2 talented individuals have such a poor support staff.
