Great apartments My family has currently been renting an apartment here since February of 2005. The manager here is awsome and the owner is nice too. For $465 a month you can rent a 2 bedroom apartment with a dishwasher. The apartments are a little cramped,, but we live in one of the newest apartments and we love it! The pool is open starting around Memorial Day and closes sometime at the end of summer and is for the guests to enjoy free of charge. Absolutely Horrible We have so many problems mainly focusing around the toilet and dishwasher here. Our toilet clogs constantly [most of the time from the smallest amount of toilet paper]. Sometimes it does it 2-3 times a day. One time it overflowed nasty toilet water, and the manager told me to just wait until the morning [this was around midnight] and they'd get it fixed. ANY CONDO ASSOCIATION who would DENY an AMERICAN CITIZEN who's son is a UNITED STATES MARINE from flying the FLAG of our nation outside of her home should be held ACCOUNTABLE for the DEGENERATE actions they took against this woman. In my strong opinion, the entire administration should be thrown out of their jobs....ANTI AMERICAN SCUM!
Decent Properties, Decent Prices We rented a duplex for 3 years through Killian Property Management. The duplex was awesome and in a good neighborhood--and at a very competitive rate. The management company was decent. We only had to call them twice in the three years and things were fixed within a matter of days. The yard was mowed for us once a week and we were notified before management came to the property. Overall, it was a positive experience.
