Very military friendly, Nichole was patient and accommodating while I facilitated my move from overseas to Milton. Apartments are very nice and well kept, the maintenance guy James is great at fixing anything that needs to be fixed. Rent was very reasonable and I never had any issues. Highly recommend to anyone, especially service members.

We had a 7-month lease from September 2023-March 2024. Our unit was very clean when we moved in. The staff (manager and maintenance man) are very helpful and nice. The neighbors that we have met are very nice. Always felt safe. Convenient location. Pets are allowed. It is a great place to live! Highly recommended!
Lived here over 10 years, well maintained apartments, small gym, nice/clean pool. Cable w/ Wi-Fi internet, water and garbage included free here! Nice quiet complex. Close to NAS Whiting Field.
Nice clean apartments. Parking other well maintained. Staff very helpful. Pool well kept up. Grounds keepers doing a great job.
