The rental staff an manager s have been extremely helpful . They answered my emails promptly an have called to check in . I will be submitting my application very soon. Looking forward to moving to this community. Thank you
Renter beware! Each year the price goes up considerably. My rent went up to 1120 dollars a month. Apartments are very dated and not worth what they want. No amenities available and parking very limited. Received only half my security deposit upon moving out, which I left in the same condition as when I moved in. As a matter of fact they are not changing the 10 yr old carpet for next tenant. And if you love, listening to atv and dirt bikes at all times including in the middle of the night then this is your place.
Property manager stated only needed 15 day move out notice. Then a review reply mentions “30 day move out”, does anyone know what they are doing here? I understand this is nearly the 10th+ property manager hire this year.. Unacceptable.
I recently purchased a house. Upon move out I gave my 15 day notice, then tried submitting rent on the 1st for my prorated amount. My prorated amount was never prorated. The property manager could not do their job. I contacted Ashberry village explaining why I could not pay rent, as it was not prorated properly in the portal. She then gave me my prorated amount with now late fees, that still was an incorrect amount. Charging me 2 extra days of rent. My final move out was the 15th, and charged me till the 17th..
