Funeral home had a link for sending flowers through teleflora that sent my order to this flower shop. Arrangement I ordered was deluxe, but what was delivered to church was standard and flowers were wilted and yellowed. Arrangement looked pitiful. If they believe that if order is not directly with them, it’s ok to do this and probably think that person ordering online to have it sent to church will not attend the funeral and will never see them. So disappointing and disrespectful
Update for 2 years ago as I was reminded of this. Added the photo that made me buy it to compare to what I was shown they got and receipt portion. Man it still burns me how we were trying to find a solution for a parent stuck in the hospital that day and this was the result.
