While in the hospital at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital, Dr. Ashanti Franklin was extremely rude, indifferent, unprofessoonsl, and disputed the information that I was given by Dr. O'Reilly stating the issues with my health at the time. Dr. Franklin never verified the medical notes from Dr. O'Reilly. She never spoke with an infectious disease doctor. Had a good experience with Dr. Franklin. Seems efficient. Went through the procedure thoroughly ahead of time, did what she said she was going to do, and followed up accordingly. No complaints.
Absolutely love Dr.Franklin, she removed a pilonidal cyst for me, and I haven't had any problems since. Very nice and informative.
