Had a good experience with Dr. Franklin. Seems efficient. Went through the procedure thoroughly ahead of time, did what she said she was going to do, and followed up accordingly. No complaints.
Absolutely love Dr.Franklin, she removed a pilonidal cyst for me, and I haven't had any problems since. Very nice and informative.

-waited an hour in back after nurse check in -rough exam , please do not go to her if you have had traumas - unapologetic, did not go over my paperwork -rushed me and said others were waiting, I waited over and hour -lacked empathy and not detailed. -canceling surgery with her bc if that's how I was treated awake not comfortable with her as my surgeon -overall made me feel like I was annoying even though I did not comment on my discomfort or complain.
