I love it here. I have a patch of hair at the top of my head and they always get me right. I didn’t know this place was so close to me I use to go to new concept and she always charge me different prices but when I go into this shop it’s always the same amount when I come here. Ima stick to this shop for now on.

I really wanted to like this place—the style I left with was cute, and the staff seemed friendly at first. But I’m still dealing with serious damage from my visit. My hair is natural but dyed, and I’ve always taken care to maintain its health. During my appointment, they applied a product without telling me what it was, then placed me under a steamer. If you are a 4c girly FORGET ABOUT IT! 8 years of healthy flourishing natural hair down the drain due to a sneaky stylist putting relaxer in my hair. I should have known due to the smell that persisted even after washing my hair days later at home! The amount of damage is irrefutable, I literally have no choice but to do a big chop as I have short patches of hair all around the outskirts of my hair. My coils? GONE. The thick curls I’ve nourished and love? Thin, straight, and LONGGGGG GONE!
