2025: Addison is incredibly talented, I am amazed by how she can use partial balayage to create highlights that look like they are my natural hair, and require no maintenance beyond my yearly session (though of course getting treatments in between always helps keep hair healthy and looking fresh). Waiting 20+ minutes for my first appointment and just keep getting told to wait by receptionist. Would not recommend this salon from an initial experience. UPDATE: Stylist is Dee have been waiting now 30 MINUTES no more updates just waiting. My next two appointments were canceled by the spa. Wanted to like this place - would not recommend
Do not go here for hair. I just left because they kept me waiting for 40 minutes without any acknowledgment. Do I understand that appointments run late? Of course. But it you clearly see me waiting for 40 minutes, please do the professional thing and at least give me an update for when I can expect to be seen. I’ve given this place a couple of chances, but don’t waste your time.
The service I received from Maritza was phenomenal. It felt so welcoming from the start. The room is full of experts who love their passion on making the customer look their best but also making sure the customer is happy with their choices. Maritza knows exactly what she's doing and I never had a doubt throughout the process. She's very caring on detail. 100 out of 10 l highly recommend. I will gladly come back!!!
