Disappointed. After several years of going to Asha, I had a very bad experience with my last cut and color: A bleeder line causing a very visible line in my hair- something that should have been caught during the wash. I emailed the salon manager to figure out a solution, but no response. Nothing. The hair cut itself was poor resulting in less "French Bangs" and more "Bowl Cut." I got a facial targeting my acne and a Brazilian with Juliana!! Best facial I have ever received, relaxing and tailored to my skin type! Went home with amazing recommendations for skincare, and as for my Brazilian… fast, professional, and made me feel comfortable! Highly recommend Juliana <3
My friend recommended Steph to me, I went in today and could not be happier with how it went. She’s fabulous and so was the lady that blow dried my hair after :)
The front desk charged my card more than the stated price. I called back in under an hour after noticing the charge, and they still wouldn’t fix it. This is unacceptable and left a bad impression.
