Disappointed on my last visit to Asha on Damen Avenue about 2 weeks ago. Jocelyn's passive aggressive behavior really shown through on that day, very unprofessional and immature. Not sure if it was because I told her I was not happy with the color she previously did on my hair. I explained what I wanted and the she told me I was "wishy-washy".
