I came in for a chocolate arm wax ($36) and had a really bad experience. I left with a large bruise on my arm, which has never happened to me from waxing before. Bruising like that is a sign that the wax was applied or removed incorrectly, and it was honestly painful and alarming to deal with afterward. Best salon in the area! They are experts at cutting wavy, dry, and coarse hair. They also paid careful attention to my hair thinning concerns, which I really appreciated. My goal was to reduce my hair's overall volume while still making it look healthy and styled, and they did exactly that. Fantastic experience from start to finish!
