Dr Lall has been a great physician. Great availability and takes the time to explain things in a way you can understand. Does not lecture about being a bit over weight, but does encourage good health.
Waiting on FMLA paperwork for my friend after a visit from last week. Lall told the HR department at her job the papers would be completed in 3-5 business days. The 5th day being today. She told us to make a follow up appointment for two weeks. Now that she had a day off yesterday, is working a half day today, and will be off again for the holiday on Monday, the next available appointment we can get is on Tuesday. I have been a patient of Dr. Lall's since I moved to central Austin in 2006. I have had a myriad of health problems, all stemming from an autoimmune disease. Due to this, I have seen many doctors in varying specialties. I feel blessed that Dr. Lall is my primary physician. She actually listens to me, and I have found that that is not always the case with medical professionals.
