I tried calling to leave a message saying I need to cancel my appointment and make it for a later date and was told I can’t leave a message. I don’t think that’s right! so I give them 3 stars I can’t call and get a hold of anyone to change my appointment till Monday now and I don’t want to be charged no 60 dollars for a cancelation I can’t control.
Let’s just say I am contacting the State medical board. I was here for 3 hours just to be told I need birth control for an issue not related to Endometriosis just to be told that I need birth control because I have it.
The staff here are rude, Dr. Ghandi treated me with a cold demeanor and dismission, when she asked me an intimate question and I was honest with her- she gave a response that made me feel deep and utter shame. I am a sexual abuse survivor and I would never recommend this place if you are looking for a practice that seeks to consider your emotional needs while caring for your reproductive needs- two things that are never divorced from each other. Do not waste your insurance here.
Don't go to the park city location front desk people are very Rude and not Friday should fire them and start over stay away from this location find another doctor else where.
