This was my first time getting a haircut here and I had an amazing experience! Stacey was super friendly, made sure she gave me the exact cut I wanted, and she even taught me how to properly blowout my hair. The salon is clean and aesthetic and the overall vibe was fantastic. They even have refreshments which I thought was such a great touch to the salon. I highly recommend Ash + Willow and will definitely be back for all of my hair needs!

I found Michelle on Instagram when I was searching for a salon that does Balayage. I'm from Maryland so driving to Fairfax is already a commitment from where I live. It takes about an hour to get to the salon but hoooooly, I never regret driving all the way there because of Michelle! She's such a talented gem! She knows what I want and always SLAYS IT.
