Had a consultation with Michelle and paid $50 to have a test strand of my hair taken out. I totally understand this process and why it was important for my hair circumstances but I never heard back. So I basically paid $50 to get ghosted 😭

Michelle is great! She took the time to understand what type of haircut and hair color/look I wanted. She’s also very detailed in her work and explanation which I appreciate! I love how my hair turned out. I highly recommend her!
I came to Ash and Willow for a row move up for my extensions. Stacey was amazing from start to finish! She took her time with my hair and did an excellent job. She is extremely knowledgeable on extensions and knows what she's doing. The salon is very professional and everyone is super friendly. I had a negative experience at a different salon and switching has been the best decision. I highly recommend!!
Debated writing this review for a while because I wasn’t totally sure on my feelings on my haircut, but I have now had enough time washing and styling my hair since my cut about a month ago to express them. TLDR: I’m currently waiting for my hair to grow out so I can fix it. For the $120 + additional tip I paid for the haircut, it is far too expensive for me to be unhappy with the results.
