Run for your life from this Koelbel and Company property, previously managed by Silva-Markham Partners, replaced by Mission Rock Residential. Crime and filth dominate everyday life. Crime documented by Denver Police/911 Response Log. Spend a few bucks, do the research. NO security and No plan for security. Minimal camera surveillance on property if any at all.
