Matthew was absolutely rude and not willing to give me an estimate for my potential order. I have never seen someone so unprofessional. I would NOT suggest this store to anyone. I had a very large order that I was going to give them. I am HAPPY to go somewhere else.
Not Impressed Unpleasant experience.
Rude and pretentious are the only two words that should be on the outside of this building. I believe that the associate that assisted me must have been high or drunk (Matthew). The furniture looks like something out of a Turkish house of ill repute. Save your money. This is Ikea with a @#$ty attitude.

Best Kept Secret in Bloomfield Hills, MI – Ash Showroom, located off the beaten path, has some of the best customer service, some of the most orginal pieces and a staff that will guide you to find exactly what you're looking for while saving you money. The owner, I think, found a fabric I was interested in by another manufacturer saving me almost $10 a yard. My home is looking beautiful and I am happy to have found them. Karla
